And while concrete and digital innovation don’t usually go hand-in-hand, the same customers who order building supplies also use and rely on connected technologies in their private lives. In that observation, CEMEX saw an opportunity to lead their industry, creating an on-demand platform to make, manage and track orders — anytime and anywhere.
Partnering with CEMEX, we developed the positioning and the new brand for CEMEX Go. Both modern and connected to CEMEX’s corporate brand, the logo and accompanying visual toolkit brought the platform to life and promised customers that CEMEX is always a click away.
To launch this new technology, we created a dual-audience awareness campaign to educate customers and energize front-line employees.
